📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and manage our laundry systems, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding, using our state-of-the-art equipment like Speed Queen and Maytag.
• Handle guest laundry requests efficiently, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional front desk services, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Manage and maintain our reception area, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with guest amenities, such as providing towels, linens, and other essentials.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of laundry operations and guest services using our in-house management software.
• Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere at the front desk, contributing to our reputation as a premier service provider.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in laundry operations or a related field, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic laundry equipment and processes.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of laundry items.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
