📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of EHS considerations into all aspects of operations.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders to maintain a strong EHS reputation.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in EHS management.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of EHS processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in EHS management, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of international and local regulations relevant to EHS.
• Proficient in using EHS management software, such as SAP EHS, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
