In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every dish we serve meets our high standards of quality and taste. You'll work closely with our team to prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including commercial ovens, grills, and fryers, ensuring that we can deliver a diverse menu that caters to all dietary preferences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work efficiently to meet peak demand periods, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our dishes.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients for daily operations.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
