📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, using BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Handle employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in the administration of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Support the HR team in managing payroll and time-off requests using Workday.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and provide training and development opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate with the management team to align HR strategies with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
• Proven experience using HR software such as BambooHR and Workday.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
