📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and usage patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize reorder points, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Utilize inventory management software to generate reports, forecasts, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely and accurate inventory updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing inventory systems and processes in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
