As an FMV Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market analyses, developing and implementing FMV methodologies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including financial analysts, market researchers, and data scientists, to drive data-driven decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conducting in-depth market analyses to determine the fair market value of assets and liabilities.
- Developing and implementing FMV methodologies, including market approach, income approach, and cost approach.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS 13, IAS 41, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.
- Providing strategic insights and recommendations to global clients.
- Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis.
- Mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the professional development of the team.
- Using tools such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, market research, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS 13, IAS 41, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion, SAP, and Excel.
- Certification in Financial Modeling and Valuation (CFM) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
