As an Experienced Waitress at Ocean View Restaurant & Café, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will work closely with our team to maintain a high standard of service, while also contributing to the overall success of our café.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greets guests upon arrival and provides exceptional service throughout their dining experience
• Takes and relays orders accurately to the kitchen, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Assists in managing tables, including setting up and clearing tables, and ensuring they are presentable
• Upholds the café's standards of cleanliness and hygiene, including maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Assists in the preparation of food and drinks, including plating, garnishing, and serving
• Provides excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintains a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere
• Assists in the inventory management and restocking of supplies, ensuring the café is well-stocked

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as QuickBooks or Toast
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, upscale environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Friendly, outgoing personality, with a passion for hospitality and customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
