In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every dish we serve meets our high standards of quality and taste. You'll work closely with our team to prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Our kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including commercial ovens, grills, and fryers, ensuring that we can deliver a diverse menu that caters to all dietary preferences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu and customer orders.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Work efficiently to meet peak demand periods, such as breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.
Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our dishes.
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients for daily operations.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a high standard of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP principles.
Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
