📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, providing regular reports to management.
  • Train and educate employees on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and manage waste disposal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HSE.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
  • Certification in HSE, such as IHSE, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of successful HSE program implementation.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
