📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company-wide initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
