Hong Leong MSIG Takaful is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive to join our Brand Marketing & Corporate Communications team in Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid/remote setup, combining the best of both worlds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing and corporate communications, with a passion for creating compelling narratives and driving brand engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.,Manage corporate communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.,Lead and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.,Create and manage content calendars for various marketing and communications channels.,Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet business goals and KPIs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing and corporate communications, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing marketing and communications strategies.,Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.,Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
