Klinik Krisna Bangunan is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and record all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Manage cash and non-cash transactions, including insurance claims.,Generate and maintain accurate financial reports.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a cashier or similar role in a healthcare or financial institution.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software, particularly accounting software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.,Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
