The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Advisor to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to ADB's mission of ending extreme poverty in Asia and the Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in public sector management and governance, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the region.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical assistance and guidance to government agencies and other stakeholders in the public sector management and governance area.,Develop and implement strategies and programs to improve public sector performance, efficiency, and effectiveness.,Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative solutions in public sector management and governance.,Prepare reports, presentations, and other outputs to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, international organizations, and other stakeholders.,Participate in and contribute to ADB's regional and global initiatives and events.,Provide mentorship and support to junior staff and consultants.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in public sector management and governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Master's degree or higher in public administration, economics, political science, international relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in public sector management and governance, preferably in the Asia and Pacific region.,Strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the Asia and Pacific region.,Proven track record of successful project management and implementation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of local languages in the Asia and Pacific region is a plus.,Experience working with international organizations and a commitment to ADB's mission and values.
