📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training, support, and motivation to ensure that they deliver excellent service to customers.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, and that all staff are aware of and comply with these regulations.,Monitor and control the restaurant's budget, ensuring that it is used effectively and efficiently.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.,Ensure that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained at a high level, and that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.,Work closely with the company's management team to ensure that the restaurant's goals and objectives are met.,Ensure that the restaurant's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving business performance.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to ensuring that all staff comply with these regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian culture and customs, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.,Ability to speak and understand English is a plus.
