Makmur Elsa Kebab is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our vehicle fleet. This is a remote position based in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for efficiency and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and document findings.,Provide training and support to drivers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
