📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle inbound calls from clients in Mandarin and Cantonese, providing information about our relocation services.
• Answer client questions and resolve any issues they may have, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
• Assist clients with their relocation needs, such as visa applications, housing arrangements, and school enrollments.
• Maintain our company's high standards of customer service, ensuring that every client feels valued and well-supported.
• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
• Provide regular updates to our team on client interactions and any issues that need to be addressed.
• Adhere to our company's policies and procedures, ensuring that all interactions with clients are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the relocation or travel industry.
