PT Damar Cendana is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
