📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel amenities and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues to their satisfaction.,Assist with the operation of the front desk, including managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and timely service delivery.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the hotel management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
