📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and maintenance costs to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.,Schedule and dispatch vehicles for various tasks, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Manage driver schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fleet operations with overall business objectives.,Maintain accurate records of fleet activities, including usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair is a plus.
