In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.

Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Lead and mentor HR team members.

Assist in strategic planning and organizational development.

Manage employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in HR management.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using HR software and tools.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.

Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
