📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Support the implementation and administration of company policies and procedures related to HR.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the HR database.,Coordinate with the HR Generalist and other departments to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of employee communications, such as newsletters and announcements.,Support the organization of HR-related events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's goals.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
