📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company objectives.,Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve common goals.,Monitor departmental performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).,Lead and participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR management and best practices is a plus.
