📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Managing cash and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Assisting customers with product information and recommendations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Complying with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management tasks when needed

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer skills are a plus
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
