📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal levels.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve store targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
