📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews.,Prepare and distribute job descriptions and postings on various job boards.,Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.,Provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Assist in the development and administration of recruitment assessments and tests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with social media recruitment is a plus.
