📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain and clean all kitchen equipment and utensils to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.,Prepare and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in creating new pastry recipes and menu items.,Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pastry making techniques and ingredients.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Basic computer skills for inventory management.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
