Fresh Quick Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and update training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Experience in using training management software,Ability to work well in a team environment,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Flexibility to travel within the region for training purposes
