📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the resource intelligence team, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality insights.,Develop and implement strategies to gather, analyze, and disseminate resource intelligence to support business operations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information.,Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.,Provide actionable intelligence reports and briefings to senior management to support decision-making.,Oversee the development and implementation of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance our resource intelligence capabilities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the collection and dissemination of resource intelligence.,Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource intelligence, market research, or a related field.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a complex and fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience with relevant software and tools, such as data analysis platforms, market research tools, and project management software.,Certifications in resource intelligence, market research, or a related field are a plus.
