📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients in the Tapanuli area.

Promote and sell our products through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with sales software and tools.

Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior in the Tapanuli area.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
