📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized product recommendations and consultative sales techniques
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences
• Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability, while maintaining accurate records
• Assist in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and customer service
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and engaging shopping experience
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or sales, preferably within the luxury or premium skincare industry
• Strong knowledge of premium skincare brands and products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software, such as Lightspeed or Square
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and the luxury retail experience
