Net Fresh Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met.,Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards.,Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and techniques.,Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
