📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Assist in managing the company's social media presence and engage with customers.,Support the sales team by providing market insights and promotional materials.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.,Attend trade shows, events, and other marketing-related activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome).,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.,Passionate about camping and outdoor activities is a plus.
