📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control and stock rotation.,Support the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
