📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with the Training Officer to ensure the effective delivery of training sessions.,Assist in the creation of training materials and resources.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and support to employees on their training progress.,Assist in the planning and execution of training schedules.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Support the Training Officer in any additional duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and planning skills.
