📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of medical supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and prepare reports for management.,Assist in the preparation of procurement plans and budgets.,Participate in procurement meetings and provide input on procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support the organization's goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant procurement software.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
