📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and negotiate commercial contracts and procurement agreements, ensuring they are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to execution, monitoring, and termination.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, including ethical sourcing, diversity, and sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing contracts to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure all agreements are legally sound and protect the company's interests.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance best practices and contract management.
• Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and negotiating commercial contracts and procurement agreements.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including procurement laws, data protection regulations, and industry-specific standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using contract management software, such as ContractWorks, Ariba, or similar tools.
• Certification in procurement or contract management is a plus.
