📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable by ensuring timely and proper payment to vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of all vendor transactions using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile discrepancies and resolve payment issues.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and best practices to improve financial processes.
• Support the finance team in audits and financial reviews as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP.
